Music - like fashion, and art... is a continuous evolution - and mix of old and new ideas, whether it's designing new jeans, cooking, art is a mix-up of the conscious and sub-conscious... even the Classic God Like Composers that I so respect would take motifs from previous composers and rewrite Variations on themes..... Sting is an intelligent, spiritual and very evolving serious Artist... God - he's not Cher or something...
