@markvana1 I think this kid is a work in progress. He needs to be taught by someone like Hines Ward how to get open. That seems to be one of his problems from what little I've heard. You can't seem to get any real information. I hear he runs routes well, and is pretty physical.

@fabuscf give sweed a chance, he's shown flashes of talent (albeit VERY short flashed). He was hurt all 2010 so that set him back but he's got talent.
it will be hard to make such a loaded receiving core that the steelers have so good luck Lyons they should just cut Sweed and keep Lyons i wouldn't mind the steelers drafting Jon Baldwin from the Pitt Panthers sometime in the draft as long as they sign a corner maybe Asomugha they could really use him b/c the steelers corners SUCK!!! we probably could have won the super bowl if our coverage was better. well and the turnovers
@SinnersSanction if your talking about champ bailey then i would rather the steelers get Asomugha because he isn't as old as bailey. the #1 thing the steelers need is pass coverage mainly cornerbacks. Lyons is a pittsburgh native but it will be hard to make such a loaded receiving core.

Cannot wait to this kid play for the Pittsburgh Steelers this season. That is if the NFL and NLFPA allow. This young man will be the stepping stone for the Steelers Seventh Super Bowl. Should also feel very privileged by playing for such a franchise.
