  • Cool nice job, share the passion.

  • sigtronics headsets are shit

  • Great Video!

  • what is second song?

  • @snooppupc130jrketmas .. Song is: Telepopmusik - Breathe

  • Cool video. I'm going up for my third flight lesson and I need to take off correctly. I let the nose yaw and bank to the left a little. I need to control that for a straight ahead take off.

  • i was only twelve when i sat in the left seat and flew a 172. ha ha and ha

  • i was 10.

  • a little right rudder my friend

  • I went on a $25 plane ride in Indiana. I was 15 years old at the time. Loved flight simulator and always flew the 172. The pilot showed me how to check for water in the fuel then I told him about the controls. I jumped in the right seat and he told me "Hey smart ass, you're in the wrong seat, you fly it. From start, taxi, takeoff to a power off crosswind landing. He signed my FSM manual with his name, plane and flight time. I have to do it again!

  • nice video

  • what are knots?

  • speed (like mph)

  • These are speed measuring units, 1 knot = 1 nautical mile per hour

  • is it true u cant be a pilot ifu wear glasses ?? just asin i wanna be a pilot but i wear glasses plz answer thanks

  • well if its true u can always get a legal sugery if the airport is ok with it...i forgot wat the sugery was called tho...but i know its not lasik eye surgery

  • Yes you can like my dad has to wear glasses to fly and drive but not for anything else..

  • Great video! I also want to become a pilot, but i haven't yet started flight lessons.

  • Nice video.... your middle name wouldn't be Super Dick would it!

  • lol Nice short taxi

    At the end:)

  • cool plane. Im going to be trained to be an avionic technition for the U.S.A.F. and am going on my first flight in a cessna this january and your video is pumping me up!

  • NIKE xD

  • Lol, Rap music plus Cessna = No Rap music plus LPJ = Maybe

  • Nice! You only have a ppl licence? or also cpl/atpl?

  • good song

  • im 13, and i know how to do basic vfr- a little ils approaches( thanks to flight simulator ) but do you think that they will give me student lessons? If not, do you think they would take me up just to show me ils's?

  • You can call them up for an Intro flight but they most likely wouldnt do any IFR flight. I'm 13, almost 14 and just started my flight training about a month ago, You can practically start at any age but you cant hold your liscience until 17 so you would end up paying a lot more money if you dont want to forget all the stuff you learned by the time your 17.

  • ok, thanks alot man.

  • and you also cant solo until 14.

  • no you have to be 16 to solo, well in the US don't know about other countries

  • I'm in Canada, and its 14 here.

  • lucky bastard, i am 14 and i have to wait till i am 16 in the us.

  • lol yeah, I'll be soloing in a plane before a car lol

  • me to i have to wait till 16 i have 15hrs in so far u?

  • I have about 12 right now, I'm taking in really slow, I just applied for a job so hopefully I can fly more often.

  • I have about the same, should be soloing in a few lessons if your asking me.

  • coll so how old do u have to be to start learning to fly it?

  • any age, I already started to fly it...but you can't solo till 14, and I'm 14.

  • you cant solo till 16 actually

  • you can in Canada.

  • You can solo glider at 14

  • K seriously, just check out transport Canada, I'm writing my PSTAR this next weekend and soloeing the weekend after, check out canada PPL

  • yeah i understand. i was just saying, In America the youngest you can be to fly any sort of thing is 14, and you can pilot gliders. Good luck too you! Have fun up there

  • lol sorry, a bunch of people keep on arguing with me about this everywhere. Thanks!

  • actually its 16 and u need your private licence then u can get higher ranks on licences like to fly an airbus intl...and if u r 14 and looking forward to being a pilot i insist u get a flight simular at elctronic stores like best buy... if u want to see wat flight simulator x is then search it on youtube

  • I am 14...i have been practicing on a simulator for years now and I am taking my first flying lesson this monday but i turn 15 in November I'm sure you can start lessons at 14

  • hey, how was your lesson? Was it a lesson or just an intro flight because you need a student pilot permit for lessons.

  • it was an intro flight but i started lessons also I don't need my student pilot permit yet, i have to get my physical first though but i only need that before i solo at 16..correct me if im wrong

  • i thought you only need a permit to fly solo

  • You need a FAA Class 3 Medical and Student Pilot Certificate to fly solo.

  • dont get too used to the simulator its a whole lot more diffrent in the cockpit

  • yea i noticed that but my instructor told me that all my time on the simulator has helped

  • you cud say that again! LOL

  • need to watch out on the flight sims. There fun and they can help with navigation and instrument but landing is way different then in real life then it is on a sim.

  • and no its a cessna 172N

  • u gata be 16

  • not in Canada.

  • my bad.....dam i wish i lived in canada

  • Why did you turn off your landing light while taxiing?

  • there called taxi lights, but they were prob at the parking at tht time or close to it. I think landing lights are just to help the people on the ground see the aircraft.

  • the taxi light and the landing light are the same light.

  • there different, in the cockpit you have the taxi and landing light switch, they control different lights. In the 172 they are right next to each other.

  • The place i work offers ground school lessons and a free flight if you're interested in signing up. I bet a school near you will do the same? If not, find a new pilot to take you up. If they charge you anything, it'll be for some of the fuel costs. By law, someone only carrying a PPL can only charge you a fraction of what it cost to fly. Besides that, they're so happy to get off the ground and share it with someone else, they'll probably take you along for free! I would.

  • I never never got on a plane :(

  • OHH VERY nice and in North dakota, you fly really good thx for upload ;-)

  • Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Keep checking back. I've got lots of things in the works!
