Look at it again. 6:33 seconds they battled for the ball, during that Puyol's forearm brushed Henry's chest (which isn't illegal when battling for a ball). Henry goes to ground clutching his face, France win a free kick on the premise that Puyol elbowed him in his jaw which is proven when the referee issues him a yellow card (which wouldn't have happened if he believed Henry had been hit in the chest.)
