Hi Gary, I feel so bad for you and everyone I have read about that Ocwen has screwed.I know what you all are going through, Ocwen acquired my mortgage from Saxon in 09 and on 9/16/2010 (my 61st Birthday) ocwen is foreclosing for non payment, They held my last 3 months mortgage payment, I have never been late, we have appointment with Attorney tomorrow 9/21/10. in the paper today it said the depression ended in 09 I just don't see it here. We do wish you and everyone the best of Luck from CT.
That the banks & loan officers did this to you and you can't even get your day in court to confront them after seven years should be considered criminal Gary. Go get 'em Gary, I wish you the the best of luck on this!!!
