Fish has NO bad albums, only different albums in comparison of his older work. But its better he did change his music every new album he brought! Thats wat real art of music is, not staying in your old style but trying new and different things trough years. The new one of fish (13th star) is a bomb! Frikkin genius lyrics and music! Its different but so great! (: I friking love every fish marillion album and all fish solo works! :D
Fortunes of war,,,,We need to respect fish...in his wisdom as a poet....As a poet myself...i think we have to look beyond the wording of this track.....its called the fortunes of WAR.....of wich the vast fortunes are many
Nice Nice Video. I really loved your video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed, check out this site called tubeviews [dot net] It has really done wonders for me, I have built 3 Channels up with videos at top in position and this is my forth channel i'm going to working on.
Possibly my least favourite of his albums, but it's doubtless better than anything else going around in the 90s. I like both Fish and Marillion, and, although I do like Marillion's 1994 contribution (Brave) a lot more than I like Suits, I think Suits was definitely a worthwhile album, and this is the best song on it in my opinion.
Marillion were great because they turned just about as soon as it wasn't worth buying another Genesis album. Then, after the best albums of the 80s, Fish left and people thought Marillion would go downhill, much like Genesis. The difference is, Marillion didn't sell out to commercialism like Genesis did, so both Fish and Marillion were great, which in a way is a good thing, twice as much great music!
You are right 100% on everything you said. But let me ask you this: do you think they would have made it if P. Collins wouldn't have sold Genesis by the pound?
Hahah, nice choice of words. I don't think they would've been quite as successful, but the music would've been better. But since when was the music charts about music?

This guy reminds me of Peter Gabriel in many ways. And I happen to think that 13th star is a great album.

I would love to see Fish singing Genesis classics such as Supper's Ready, Firth of Fifth, Home By The Sea. Wow ... that would be amazing.

It would be great, but...
I prefer FISH performing his own songs, or Marillion songs :)

This is a great song from a album that is not that good, but still better than anything Marillion did without Fish.
