  • I would agree completely when the negative comments made by employees are malicious. Such policies are fine when there exists an effective internal structure for employees to deal properly and fairly with issues. However, where these internal structures do not exist such policies are essentially used as a 'gag' if you want to keep your job. I lost my job trying to bring abuse of rights to the attention of senior management who clearly did not want to know. I ask what to do when EMPLOYERS GO BAD!
