  • I love the power of this song amd how it relates to my life.

  • The MAC is back..... in 2013 !!!

  • I grew up listening to Fleetwood Mac - had the honor of seeing them in concert 5 times :) I have special memories built around each Fleetwood Mac song!!! Definitely one of my all time favorite bands!!! Thank you for posting the video :)

  • That was an awesome video!

    thanks for sharing!

  • Me too. God I listened to F.Mac my whole life. Probably my alltime fav all around band that I can associate great memories with them my whole life.

  • Wow, she sings with such passion at 5:00! There is only one Stevie.

  • DAMN, I wished I could have been there.

  • the best band ever

  • great song. love Lindsey's solo. so heartfelt

  • Looks like Lindsey wipes away a tear at 3:01

  • @FordGurl27 He sure did. Both Stevie & Lindsey are getting even better looking with age.

  • @Celie3678 How dare you! That's an insult to how Stevie looked in the 1970s. She had a model's face then. See my video "Stevie Nicks - intense live" if you doubt it.

  • I saw them in columbus and it was amazing....stevie sounds better than ever

  • Fab song but notice how Stevie and Lindsey are studiously ignoring each other thoughout the song. Look at The Dance and Say You Will Tours when both are looking and singing the song to one another. This is, I think, when both know things are finally over between them and they are just there for the money. The Unleashed Tour, I must say was my least favourite as it was just a concern - no feelings and it looks as if they are just going through the motions.

  • I love this song! Definitely can relate to this one!

  • Awesome!

  • Mick has got to lose those brass balls before they hang any lower. That's obscene!

  • This was such a hit on "The Dance," they knew it was a winner for future concerts. The history between Lindsey and Stevie as lovers adds electricity to it, of course.

  • Stevie looks like she was on smack

  • Lindsey given Stevie a little kiss on the head around 5:59....pretty awesome.

  • where is christine mcvie

  • @SuperJosie79 She retired from the band a few years ago! She no longer performs with Fleetwood Mac!

  • @nestlemarie thanks for letting me know. i bet they miss her.

  • they are so great! my mom used to listen to fleetwood mac when i was a lil girl and now i love them too. they are what rock n roll is to me. i love stevie nicks!

  • holy shit! she's hot at 60(when this was shot)...awesome song!

  • love her

  • so i went to this show had 11th row on the floor was awesome, to the guy i took there this ones for u loser

  • ....smoked a joint with her ! sometime in the 70s,,,lol

  • gives me goose bumps just to listen to this song...great...

  • Time must have cast a spell on her. Born in 1948! Do the math.....:-)

  • @TheSteveNSac Yup she's 62 and still looks gorgeous.

  • Best lady singer........period.

  • @ratmanxi - You are so right. Stevie's the best.

  • silver spring, golden voice.

  • for me this is their bestsong....

  • Eu amo fleetwood mac !!!!!!!!!!

  • The woman is a legend.Very profound song.

  • Stevie you look and sound lovely. Your words have sung my soul, our lives have been entwined many times... I am most most most grateful for your presence.

  • not to state the obvious here - but at the end when stevie sings "blue-green, colors flashing.." there's a blue-green spot flashing off her mic stand.

  • Love Stevie!! She rocks. Best song of all times other than Rhiannon.

  • "you'll never get away from the sound of the woman that loves you"

amazing song! the lyrics are amazing.

  • Nice performance. Awesome song. I'll move on though . . . I can't stand it when nearby audience members help out with their own versions - usually in a slightly different key. It's OK when you're there but sheesh....

  • Well that was still an AWESOME performance, although they didn't play eye tag nearly as much as they did beforehand.

But man the performance was still intense

  • This song is definitely about Lindsey. Stevie wrote it after their break-up in the late 70's. He in turn wrote, "Go Your Own Way" about Stevie, at the time. ~It is a shame...it's very obvious in their music, and on stage that the love between them is very soulful and withstanding time.

Like many, their lives have gone on...but so does the love between them.

  • i went to the concert in brisbane i absolutly loved it i was nelly in tears it was the first concert i had ever been and it just made it worth the $165 concidering it is my faverite band

plus i spent $200 there it was exelent

  • @123456789nibs Yeah you sure did spend heaps... and you were almost in tears? woooow lol but they were really gud tho =] glad i took ya =]

  • Probably my favorite FM song.

  • @cracks21229 me too

  • Going tomorrow night in New Zealand..Can't wait

  • I wonder if this song is about Lindsey?

  • it is

  • kind of a shame..so much emotion there

  • i'm pretty sure it is. go to 5.58/5.59mins and see the pain/passion between them

  • @09nemo10 she closez her eye when he touches her

  • going to fleetwood mac concert in sydney in december. what was the concert like?

  • Saw them in dublin. Best concert I waas ever at. Stevie's still hot |What a group.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I was there too!! Twas unreal don't you think =D

  • It is now included on the Remastered 5.1Dolby CD

  • Spinechilling again. They did it in October in Berlin. I was breathless... Stevies voice is so unique!... Took some pics on the Space of Maryn Island. They're still great exceptions on the rock business!

  • That is too cool...do you know the name of the book she was reading????

  • I love how this song had become a standard at FM concerts. Stevie was so upset when it was taken of "Rummors". It's now a crowd fave.

  • Wow listen to all those dying dogs singing along in the audience!

  • What's with the witch rumor? No puns. I hope she is and continues to spread her magic talent to all of us. So mote it be stevie!

  • her voice with Lindsey's haunting gutair amazing!

  • I agree with you ....its kinda spooky!!! : )

  • "Time cast it's spell on you' Profound!! V.

  • @vaccumme I always thought that the song's lyrics were

"Time cast on a spell on you so that you won't forget me" which, as an incantation, seems to strike at the heart of the intent of the song, but they'll have their reasons for choosing the lyrics as they did. This is one of the few songs in the world I know for which I have to fight back my tears when I hear it.

  • The Lady has always rocked! Awesome song...my favorite of all time...awesome band. This song always stops me in my tracks and sends a shiver through me. Did I mention causing a traffic jam?..lol

  • @SouthernLiving1 i agree 1000% percent just freezes me and i cannot just listen to it once. No way. Such a powerful song. Just cuts me to the bone.

  • Silver Springs,Fleetwood Mac-Lengendary

  • I was there, awesome concert, great song. Love Stevie Nicks

  • I cried when they played this in Atlanta....LOVE this song! LOVE Stevie!!!

  • ahhh, my favorite song of all time, sung beautifully once again by my girl stevie.......gives me the chills every time!

  • Stevie you are timeless

    blessed be

    dragonfly

  • Chills! Wish I'd been there - thanks for posting!

  • Great video---fantastic song--wonderful performance!!

  • Epic.

To see the love they had/have for each other. . .

We could all only dream of someone loving us that much.

Even years later when they play this song together, imagine what they must feel?

As they are older now it must hurt like hell to wonder what could have been.

I thank them both for having the "soul" to keep sharing this with us rather than whining about lack of eye contact "Ala The Dance"

    Thank You Lindsey & Stevie.

  • I was there...what a magical night...thank you so much for posting. Fleetwood Mac is AWESOME.....the BEST!!!!!

  • Stevie I hope your manager can download & share some & print some of our comments so you can see how much we love you and all you do.You know why you were brought here. LOL DJ DEB 6/11/09

  • That was one super video you shot there. A+ work. Great song. I love that Stevie.

  • One of THE greatest bands of all time and GREAT voices of the 80's!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS Stevie and Lindsey!!

  • I love to hear the fans sing along.

  • Christine's voice is really missed on the Chorus :-(

  • <3 The song is about her breakup with Buckingham -- "I'll follow you down till the sound of my voice will haunt you," she sings. "It was me realizing that Lindsey was going to haunt me for the rest of my life," she says. "And he has."

When she performs "Silver Springs" these days -- it's the final number on Fleetwood Mac's current tour -- Nicks resists the opportunity to get up in Lindsey's face: "I don't want fans to walk away in the middle of our argument."

    Thanks to The Rolling Stone

  • best song ever written

  • Stevie sounded excellent. The filming was great. But WHY dude, did you have to keep screaming & singing along; that ruined it, dam~!

  • you spelled dam wrong "damn"

  • sorry...I LOVE STEVIE.....I will NEVER FORGET THIS CONCERT, SHE IS A GODDESS

  • fabulous videos you have posted of the concert..very much appreciated.,

anyone know the meaning behind the SILVER SPRINGS song..is there a story behind it?

  • silver spings was the b side on the go your own way single although it never made it onto the rumours album itself. its pretty much stevies side of the story and probably a good riposte to the lyric of go your own way really. kind of take this Buckingham haha

  • Great song. Always loved it, and Stevie just keeps getting better. Saw them last night in toronto and what a show!

My only criticism is why they choose this song to end the concert, especially after bringing the house down with "Don't Stop"?

Anyway, great show. Lindsey was on fire, and John McVie is a beast on the bass as usual

  • Okay...I seen them a couple nights before at the Garden in Boston....and they were awesome...I am so loving this version of Silver Springes - def captures Stevie bringing out some of her "old" moves with grabbing the microphone!!!!

  • Thank you very much, Jaunate, is our song.

  • I was there last night right across from the stage on the upper section awesome view straight across won tickets thru big d 103 and this was my 21st concert of stevie and fleetwood mac's since 1986 awesome awesome show love it great sold out crowd at mohegan sun love this venue stevie and the rest of fleetwood mac were amazing they earned every penny last night thanks for sharing your great video clips of last nights show love it

  • good show ,but not worth the ticket prices,i thought we were in a bad economy?who can aford that? i guess people just charge it and worry later.which is why this country is in the situation its in.

  • @ mikeatwo:

    Different people value different things.

Some people (like me and other music lovers) will pay the big bucks to go see awesome concerts. Other people will pay the big bucks buying shoes. You catch my drift.

Not sure what you mean by your comment and what it has to do with this video.

  • Fantastic performance!

Although I wish the interaction between Stevie and Lindsey would be a la "The Dance" DVD, but perhaps a few more shows down the road they will start interacting more and more onstage (as they've started doing with songs like "Landslide" -- more eye contact!)

  • WOW!!! Stevie just gets better and better and better!!! I wish the tempo was a little faster though... Amazing performance.
