My suggesstion is to try tuperlo honey, they make various flavored honey(s) and they are great with cheese. Tupelo honey does not crystalized and the gormet versons are sold in elegant bottels through the savannah bee company. I prefer the fany bottels but you may be able to find tupelo honey is a loca market store as well,
