As good as you may claim your teams in high school and college it all falls down to high school is local recruitment so your stuck filling the gaps with the best you can get...college isn't much better sure you get filtered high school players of better quality but you still end up with unbalanced teams as better established programs (like OU and USC) grab up better players. (I'd have to say Big 12 is a harder conference to shine, in my opinion)

Well...Look at the highlights from high school, college, and pros. You'll notice consistency in both players. Bush amazing vision and agility. AP hits assignments with speed and acceleration (which add in mass equals power, right?) It was basically predetermined which would perform better on each level. High school and college goes to bush mostly because the quality of players he competed against.

AP in NFL gets over 1000 yds and is rookie of the year. Bush is a good back but wat happens in his career is that he ends up getting a season ending concussion and in the season of the saints superbowl, he still doenst get 1000 yds rushing and less carries than AP.

Also i think AP is a little overrated in the NFL. He doent really show up in big games. He can have a game where he can rush for 234 yards on24 carries and then the next to games he will rush for 3 yards on 14 carries. He's way to inconsistent. Bush is just not getting enough touches plus he hasnt learned how to stop dancing and to just hit the whole. but he has been improving over the years though. But AP is the better running back.

Are u kidding me? The Vikings have one of the most overrated O-lines in the league. The only consistent lineman on that offense is Steve Hutchinson. Reggie Bush is one of my favorite players, but he's definitely not an elite RB at this point. I agree that he's one of the most exciting players to watch, but Pierre Thomas is carrying the load in New Orleans.

If everyone is honest with themselves, the answer is simple. Reggie Bush was a better college back, Adrian Peterson is the better pro back. Bush won the Heisman, Peterson will win a Superbowl and be MVP of the game when he does. He'll also be a league MVP which is something Bush will never accomplish. Reggie Bush was only good as what the O-Line could give him, if he was to run from the snap. Everything else was short drops to the side or middle of the field.
