I figured out the problem when I changed the iPhone from the frontside pocket to the back one without using any backpack, because when I have been using a backpack the problem happened. I gonna try to disable GPS function and see whats happen. However, the GPS is a passive wireless function (don`t sends any data), so I don`t know if it makes sense. Bye.
Hi there, I have a S9 which I have paired with my 3GS running OS4. Everything works fine except I cannot get it to skip forward (or back) to the next song. Do you know if this is still an Apple OS problem or is this function just not compatible. Thanks Tom.
@tom4865 I have OS 4.0.1 now. I haven't tried pairing my stereo Bluetooth headset yet but I don't doubt that it hasn't changed from OS 3. So, yes, no skip forward or skip backwards yet. I'm sure Apple is very busy with other problems. ;o) And in my opinion, the stereo Bluetooth market kinda sucks. It still is WAY better to use wired headphones.
i had some blue and black s9 and i had them for my helio drift and i never had any problems except for the pocket problem. they get smash. i lost a headphone on the left because of that. usaully i wear them on my neck. But now im going to get the motorola ht820.
Thanks for the video. I've been having the same "stuttering" problem with mine. I've gone through 4 pairs now (warranty replacements) including the S9HD. I believe the problem actually lies with the microphone. I've tried everything you've mentioned but I've had the very best streaming when I put my ear protection headphones on over the S9's. With the S9's covered, I get clear streaming with my iPhone sitting on the counter downstairs. Wearing a knit hat over them works pretty good too.
I did some more research since my comment, and I learned that metal between the S9 and the source will disrupt the connection, the knit hat merely isolated my S9's from my jacket zipper thus increasing the connection. I did find a running belt with a coated zipper on the pocket that holds my iPhone. I ran a 5k with it on Thanksgiving without ever losing sound at all - google Runners Vault Belt by Tytenz Sports. I wore it with the pocket in back where there were no zippers, buckles or buttons.
The S9 mic is for answering calls on the iPhone and similar devices. The iPhone earbuds that come with the phone do indeed work on an iPod Touch. I wouldn't assume, however, that the S9 would too. As soon as I get a hold of a friend's Touch I'll report back here.
i use the s9 for my 2nd gen ipod touch, and my s9 wouldnt let me track fastforward, or rewind. and after a couple days it didnt even let me play/pause. is it just me or is it the headphones?
I don't use the gps. When you don't use the gps is the quality pretty good also what is the range like? Whould you say it works well for people who use it mostly for workin out? Thank
I would think it's awesome to work out with this since it's wireless. As far as I can tell, Motorola doesn't claim this to be sweatproof so definitely have a towel handy for the sweat. Water and electronics don't mix.

Not on the iPhone. The iPhone OS itself does not support it. Yet. Hopefully that will come soon.

Do you have a link of what you put over the S9 aside from a knit hat? :) Ear protectors?

No track forward/back available in OS 3.0 yet.
But no play/pause has me concerned that it is your headphones. My play/pause button has worked from Day 1.

If you turn off your GPS, you should be fine.
