1. He has a very solid, pro-quality roland weighted key keyboard. 2. The Roland has a very good compliment of piano samples. 3. The Roland has good samples of other instruments (organ, clav, rhodes, etc.). Earl was using a non-weighted keyboard, as a midi controller, to get non-weighted organ feel, but with the Roland's organ tones. It's run through a 40W tube amp plus straight into the PA.
