Okay, whoa, I actually watched this, and there are multiple reasons to pass off his points. Firstly, a 'friend' on a social network is simply someone added to your social network. They're not jealous of you (well, maybe), and to be frank, why would they. 'Liking' your status and nothing else is normally pretty acceptable; nobody wants to waste time on your useless drivel. Another thing, when people go to 'single' as a relationship status, usually, they HAVE split up with them face-to-face.

The only reason I can think of to block or delet someone from your facebook is if they are your ex. There is no need for that. Second thing I can think of is people whom you don't know adding you because you are in a relationship with their friend.
