I've seen her live and she is wonderful, but this performance is lip-synched. Nothing wrong with that. Some of her numbers from the show I saw were absolutely lip-synched as well. I know the CD well enough to recognize it. I know some of you won't appreciate this at all, but this is what it is. If you are lucky enough to see her live, you WILL know the difference.

It sounds like she's lipsynching, but that's only because she's one of the few artists who doesn't need a studio to sound flawless. She sounds exactly like her CD and it's genuine, which is why I love her so much.

Me parece muy buena tu acotacion...ambas cantan estilos un tanto diferentes..pero = si de comparar hablamos escuchemos la version de ambas de fantasma de la opera y veraz la diferencia..sarah es mucho mas agil a la hora de alcanzar notass agudas como la f6..

De todas maneras Tarja es excelenteeeeeeeee!!!!

How the hell she does that vocal thing at 0:46 ?!?!? She sings a note and it gradually passes into an octave higher!!! I thought it was an overbudded thing,but this is live and you can tell she's doing that on her own...WOW!! :)

I disagree, I think there are better Opera singers than Brightman but she isn't technically an Opera singer. Neither are Olzen or Turunen but I feel Turunen far exceeds Brightman.
