You certainly won't see the same kind of defense since the league changed the rules and I can't think of a player that puts his body on the line and takes charges like that. I think the closest thing to Pippen (and he really wasn't that close) was Andre Kirilenko in the mid 2000's before his career took a nosedive. AK47 lacked Scottie's scoring and playmaking skill but they were similar defensively.
