Is this a recent entry into the world of Child Stars or a video from some yrs ago. The mom's make-up, hairstyle & fashion remind me of the early - mid (N. American) 70's. The child is exquisite & her voice, though I don't speak her language, is enchanting. She'd make a beautiful little fairy in a Disney movie. What a cutie!
