Fat doesn't realy says much about how you are conditioned. It gives you more weight to putt behinde your punches, makes you a little stronger and is good for taking bodypunches. But the huge disadvantagde is that you have to carry that weight around for 12 rounds, in his case while running after Klitchko. That's not the way to go.

I don´t know if he trains in that ring every day but I can tell that is no good. You get a false scence of speed, thinking you can cover the full ring from rope to rope, or that you can cut off corners. Once you get in that 20 foot ring it´s a different thing. Also, a few Joe Frazier videos could have help, this guy can´t bend his waist at all. For as long as the Klitschkos are around there won´t be any championship belt for Arreola.
