I am a metalhead and my gf is a huge beatles fan, i never hated the beatles, i just didnt grow up listening to it. The only thing i grew up listening to is led zepplin, metallica, pantera ect. I would have to say, after listening to them they are truly amazing. I really dont like classic rock you hear 24/7 on the radio, the beatles are a different story. lol todays mainstream is all four chords stuff thats why i listen to bands like times of grace or killswitch engage.
