I like tigers but how do I save all the cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, fish, wild game, horses, elephants, camels, tigers you people eat. Save a life eat a carrot or some other plant. But quit eating meat.

That was Nikita, he along with sasha (lioness), Simba (tigress) and joseph (male lion) were rescued form ohio. All of them have had their canine teeth and claws pulled, except for Jo who still has his teeth. They were used as photo props.

In the end, I finally decided on TJ. I have too many favorites, so I flipped a coin to figure out which species to do, and wound up with the tiger. I picked TJ because I think it's totally adorable how he splashes all the water out of his pool and then rolls around in the mud. He reminds me of my cat.

I just got done watching a video from "Animal Media"(chachangacaracal's new channel) about a tiger that was walking on 2 legs.(it was super skinny :'( _) For some reason, YT has this amazing ability to match what i just watched, with something else. and it doesn't even have to be from yt..i watched a animal cops the other day, and then in my "friend's videos" thing. it had a thing about animal abuse..lol.anyways. tigers are awesome (i prefer leopards.) we should work (harder) to save them all!

hey you guys bad news! Two tigers have been found fled ourside a zoo in Romania. It's told that a hunter has been called to stop the tiger. I read this news from the UK yahoo news. I really hope they are not going to kill them like the accident happened in 2007 SF zoo.

That tiger at 0:22 to 0:27 is gorgeous.

There's a guy in Ohio, who has a tiger and he has pictures of himself taken while he's sitting on the tiger's back.

When I first saw the photo, I wondered what he gave the tiger to make it docile enough to let a man sit on its back.

Incidentally it doesn't look happy in the photo.

He said it's docile b/c he tamed it, but I think he's lying.

We need less people like him in the world.

That's Shere Khan our largest cat at BCR weighing in at around 750lbs! You can never tame a tiger no matter what you try and how long you've owned it. They will always have their natural instincts, and are unpredictable animals at times making them very dangerous. Did he have the teeth and claws pulled from his tiger?

Yep! This is a natural thing for all cats to do from tigers to tabbies! The habit of eating grass triggers the natural process of regurgitation of indigestible foods including its own fur balls which would otherwise obstruct the system. Thks 4 watching!

Thanks, we are planning on a tiger species spotlight in the future which will go into more detail about the problems these cats face both in captivity and in the wild. Money makes the world go round, we just have to keep thinking about the future and how to support our cats :)
