Incredibly though, this one maybe got an italian opening better than the original from Tatsunoko.

I liked a lot its dark tunes and seeing it with adult eyes I started reading it as a metaphor of youth having troubles with drugs. Pretty imaginative, a shame Tatsunoko started running down hill in those years, after Tatsuo's untimely death :(.
