Jane was a true inspiration,and touched the lives of so many people, my mum died of cancer in 2004 aged 54,she lived in doncaster, her name was jane and her maiden name was tomlinson!, she loved to see jane on tv, and kept up with all she was doing right up til the end.

its wonerfull to see film of jane,and what she did to help others, a brave hero with a heart of gold.

i support janes appeal and encourage anyone touched by janes life to do the same

They found the cure for cancer 180 years ago, it is a vitamin called B17. I am guessing some people would rather be the centre of attention and die than be cured and go back to being no one. Nothing personal jane seemed a nice person but she clearly liked the attention of having cancer and a cure would have robbed her of that.

I was born in the East Midlands, but lived in Morley for 7 months in 2006. What lovely tactile and friendly people they are in that fine and beautiful city. I'll hear nothing said against them! When I found out I had cancer, back in 2006, it changed my whole outlook on life. I no longer took the simple things for granted, and everything was viewed in a whole new perspective. I am lucky - I survived, after radiotherapy and surgery. God bless and care for you Jane, my heroine.. x

I was fortunate to meet jane twice at the great Milk Stout ride at Pateley bridge. They ran the race today with a minutes applause for Jane. She was magnificent, such a tiny lady but so full of true yorkshire grit. Shes a real hero, I hope she has peace now from the pain. God bless and much love to her famtastic family.
