Cena was a quick paced technical wrestler in his early days... That should piss off that Rey Mysterio wannabe.. LOL.. If Cena was more in control of what moves he could do, he'd be like a big version of Daniel Bryan. WWE totally fucked him up. When he was a heel he wrestled a lot better. They did the same shit to MVP and Randy Orton. MVP was a technical wrestler as a heel. when he turned good he became a Cena clone.. That's 100% true.. Orton had like 30 moves now he just punches and kicks.

I have no idea where the fuck people are getting this idea Cena used to be a good wrestler in the indies. Flanagan carried the entire match and all Cena did was a punch there, shoved him, posed, suplex, a few headlocks, then hit his finisher out of nowhere which by the way (as it is today) is a nothing-special toss that doesn't even seem like it would put anybody away for real. I don't EVER want to hear how "Cena used to be a quick-paced technical wrestler in his early days" ever fucking again.

no, back then WWE used indy wrestling companies as "developmental" territories who had above average wrestling schools. FCW (their current company) is the only one that is completely managed by the WWE (their owner Steve Keirn is a WWE employee).

Cena was actually a better worker then. The problem is that when wrestlers get pushed and get extremely over, they tend to get lazy in the ring (not all wrestlers, but a good portion of them)

It was a WWE development league for a number of years, meaning they'd sign guys to developmental contracts and then have them wrestle for OVW in order to fine tune a more WWE-friendly style of wrestling.
