if u still havent figured out cause its been 4 months, and ur using the wii wheel, hold the left or right thing down on the d pad thing where u shoot items. then hold it down and i havent gotten the hang of shooting it forward or backward when i hold it down and i always end up shooting it forwared when i let go of it when i need to shoot it back. let go to shoot it forward and try to hit down on the d pad at the same time whtn ur holding left or right to shoot it backward

To play online, yes, you need wireless high-speed internet.

You don't need internet to play with other people on the same Wii, of course.

@xsimonlarsen It doesn't have to be, but the Wii was designed for wireless connections. You can use a wired connection, but you can only do it through USB and there are some problems with it.

One more question: in the last race, why did the blue shell hit YOU when you obviously were not in first place? Don't Blue Shells head straight for the leader?

the blue shell hit Overhazard because the leader already had finished the race. the blue shell hits the person the is in first place of those who haven't finished the race.

Why'd you hesitate to use the star in Race 2? (Had you not done that, you might have survived the Lightning Bolt.) I thought that one would use an invincibility star as soon as one gets it!

It's the fact that I was in 1st place relatively unchallenged. It got more interesting after I fell behind and Bullet Billed myself to the finish line.

As for Stars, it's not always a good idea to use them immediately. I had wanted to save it for the shortcut, and I was ABOUT to activate it when the Lightning Bolt struck.

How was Race 1 uneventful? You were in 1st place, a confluence of unfortunate events put you near last, and then you miraculously made it to 3rd. I'd say that the first 90% WAS pretty eventful.

Yep. I've been Zeke before. I can't remember which Cup it was, but it was one that also featured Daisy Circuit. He's my favorite little Mii. I like the small male Mii color scheme for the karts, so I decided to pull him out again. ^.^

Heh. I pretty much stayed behind too for the most part. The only exception was DS Delfino Square when I managed to take the shortcut with a Bullet Bill at the end of the second lap.

I'm glad I chose to use Zeke instead of Toadette today for obvious reasons. I knew you said you'd use the Booster Seat, and for some reason I had a gut feeling you'd use Toadette.

It looks like the Lightning at the end of Peach Beach was as good to you as it was for me. I had a Mega Mushroom when it struck.

I had some uber luck in that Delfino Square race. That lightning that knocked off your star was mine and incidently, I took it and was able to use the shortcut all at the same time. Then I got 2 stars in a row on the last lap for the win.

in peach beach i had first place with my mushroom got hit by a green shell then hit by mega mushroom then a lightning, in delfino on the first lap i threw those green shells early into the streets and in daisy curcuit i passed you with a mega mushrrom so all in all stay in the back isnt is a bad as people would think but it's risky

anyways my pov

on peach beach i was bumped around a lot and hit with a lot of items (including your bullet bill :p)i got a lucky golden shroom at the end and luckily got 10th

I was also bumped around on delfino and once again got a good item near the end to get me 6th

on shy guy beach i got a golden shroom on the last lap and took first place

and daisy circuit bumped around XD

I guess that's the price you pay when you one of the lightest vehicles in the game
