I have seen someone do that thing where one person touches their toes and breaths heavy for 20 seconds and passes out before and it looks just like that. I thought they were faking it so I offered to pass out and after i collapsed from it and woke up everyone accused me of faking it. haha also he knocked over a guitar with his head, so if he did fake it at least the guitar part and his stage antics are funny.
