Matt Lemche is actually a really good actor (i'm taking a stab and saying that this is fictional) like the extra long pauses and the embarresment and fear of believing that there's a ghost after him. Very convincing. And if it is a proper documentory and everthing is true....dude wtf! Get a new house!!!!
