Basically, that happens when player runs and jumps on the other player. Fifa has a way of doing certain things even if the situation doesnt happen. So, basically this player is reacted as if he has just been jumped on, even though there is no player there.

its the celebration where one player takes the goalscorer out. sometimes the taker outerer doesnt come but th celebration continues. thus leaves you with a drunk player

That happens when the animation of being pulled down by your celebrating teammate is triggered but sometimes that is triggered even when there is no teammate pulling you down.
