I saw a Chechen cut the throat of a captured Russian soldier.The purity of my heart is forever tainted from what i've witness.The Russian's arms and legs were tied together,the Chechen step on the face of the captured Russian with his combat boot and proceed to cut the young man's throat.Is it halal or haram to slaughter fellow man in such manner ? I'm sure the worms and the maggots are thankful for the flesh of the slaughtered Russian in the end.
I love goats,they're so cute and so harmless.They are great for clearing high grasses and brushes to prevent fire hazard,they are nature lawn mowers.They go where lawn mowers cannot go to mowe the lawn.Especially on the hills,you just take a few hundred goats and release them.They'll clear up all the high grasses within days.Them billy goats eat just about anything.
My grandfather sat us down around the dinner table about ten years ago,my brothers and i.He told us to stop killing,stop going crabbing,stop going fishing,stop killing anything all together.He spoke of the fish when caught on the hook and how hard it struggle to get away and he spoke of crabbing,how the crabs scramble out of the net to seek safety when being reeled in out of the net.He told us,boys ! that's what suffering is.My grandfather is an ex-soldier,a Lieutenant.
I much prefered the quick pin prick rather than the slow push of the needle into my flesh when drawing blood.If only the sheep could talk,they would say give us the bullet,spare us the knife on the throat.How long is the struggle after the throat had been slit do you know ? we should take that matter into account also.The amount of suffering before and after the slit of the throat.I'm really into mercy killing,really i am.But at time i question the various methods.
You can end all this circus in a couple of seconds with a hunting rifle.I shot cattles for meat,i just walk up to the cow and go BANG ! and the cow lay dead in a couple seconds.And my other brothers begin the skining process.We distribute the meat to all the relatives.They all gave thanks to the Lord before they eat the meat though..

Now let's try an experiment: repeat your exercise, but instead or reciting a prayer, you count to 10 with that same tone of voice. If the animal still remains in place, it logically discredits your claim that prayer is causing the animal to submit. And finally, why don't you try this experiment with a wolf. What I believe or not isn't important. What is important to me is animal welfare. I am an agronomic engineer and I work with animal production. What I am interested in humane slaughter both because of the animals and meat quality.
If God's power is the best way to slaughter animals and you can mesure that trough hormone levels I find it awesome. But if you can't, if this can't be done with cows and you just have to believe in it I don't think it is a good technique, regardless who said so.

As I thought God can't do it to a big animal. Sure. So God is powerful enough to do it to a small animal but not with cows I can assume.
I don't think the prophets were cruel. I just think they had no other way to slaughter animals but this.

I just want the animal to feel as little pain as possible, i don't care if you do eat meat or that your religion writes about the slaughter of animals, but i want for them to die as painless as possible. Unfortunately the religion of Islam does not agree.
Alhamdulilallah I amamazed at the time, care,and love these brothers give in slaughtering. Sunhanallah in "Muslim" countries it couldnt be any more different. Especially at the time of Eid al Adha. You only need to see some of the youtube footage..horribly wrong and not following sunnah. The non muslims use such footage as propaganda.. I am Muslims, I dont see that saying allah akbar has any thing to do with animal submission, it does give up only when a person do the move with its head back and extend its nick and hold its back body down, you can do that without saying allah akbar, and animal will stop moving.

To all those people who think that they can compare an infant human to an animal that have completely different lifespans, different biology, and a different mind, you're being foolish. Humans are far superior than any animal. You can't kill and eat a human, it's common sense. You also cannot compare a human to an animal, that's why they have different names and denotations. Otherwise, they'd have all been humans. Why are animals there anyway, to graze, live, waste, and sleep?
I could do the same with an infant. If I speak gently and groom it, it will stop crying, does it mean I can slaughter children? the goat does not understand that it is about to be slaughtered, you basically scammed it into something it didn't agree to.

@nevergetalone I haven't worked with farm animals since my teenage years. We handled sheep and goats in a similar manner and had the same results without the Halal prayer. I don't know if the animal is submitting to god, but since I can make the same animals submit without the prayer, doesn't that show the possibility that the Halal prayer isn't the cause? I love goats,they're so cute and so harmless.They are great for clearing high grasses and brushes to prevent fire hazard,they are nature lawn mowers.They go where lawn mowers cannot go to mowe the lawn.Especially on the hills,you just take a few hundred goats and release them.They'll clear up all the high grasses within days.Them billy goats eat just about anything.

My grandfather sat us down around the dinner table about ten years ago,my brothers and i.He told us to stop killing,stop going crabbing,stop going fishing,stop killing anything all together.He spoke of the fish when caught on the hook and how hard it struggle to get away and he spoke of crabbing,how the crabs scramble out of the net to seek safety when being reeled in out of the net.He told us,boys ! that's what suffering is.My grandfather is an ex-soldier,a Lieutenant.

I much prefered the quick pin prick rather than the slow push of the needle into my flesh when drawing blood.If only the sheep could talk,they would say give us the bullet,spare us the knife on the throat.How long is the struggle after the throat had been slit do you know ? we should take that matter into account also.The amount of suffering before and after the slit of the throat.I'm really into mercy killing,really i am.But at time i question the various methods.

You can end all this circus in a couple of seconds with a hunting rifle.I shot cattles for meat,i just walk up to the cow and go BANG ! and the cow lay dead in a couple seconds.And my other brothers begin the skining process.We distribute the meat to all the relatives.They all gave thanks to the Lord before they eat the meat though..

The animal is submitting because brute force is being used to hold it in place. It screams and struggles, then finally submits. Now let's try an experiment: repeat your exercise, but instead or reciting a prayer, you count to 10 with that same tone of voice. If the animal still remains in place, it logically discredits your claim that prayer is causing the animal to submit. And finally, why don't you try this experiment with a wolf. What I believe or not isn't important. What is important to me is animal welfare. I am an agronomic engineer and I work with animal production. What I am interested in humane slaughter both because of the animals and meat quality.
If God's power is the best way to slaughter animals and you can mesure that trough hormone levels I find it awesome. But if you can't, if this can't be done with cows and you just have to believe in it I don't think it is a good technique, regardless who said so.

As I thought God can't do it to a big animal. Sure. So God is powerful enough to do it to a small animal but not with cows I can assume.
I don't think the prophets were cruel. I just think they had no other way to slaughter animals but this.
I would really like to see a cientific publication that proves that animals are in more pain and panic in the regular slaughter than in halal slaughter. If you have a website that I can check it out I ask you to tell me.
I work with cattle and I doubt it!!!

Alhamdulilallah I amamazed at the time, care,and love these brothers give in slaughtering. Sunhanallah in "Muslim" countries it couldnt be any more different. Especially at the time of Eid al Adha. You only need to see some of the youtube footage..horribly wrong and not following sunnah. The non muslims use such footage as propaganda.. I spent a 2 weeks day in day out arguing with someone about it on youtube... May Allah bless everyone who follows the sunnah and strivesto be a good muslim Ameen

@isaideatcake Hello.I don't know which country you live in.In most countries and cities,you have hallal/Islamic butcher's.You can go and try meat from there.If you're honest,you will definitely see the difference between this meat and another one.God has explained how to slaughter an animal,meaning also the forbidden ways to kill the animal before eating,and which animal is aproved for eating.We just happen to eat sane meat,so,we are lucky, adding to the fact that we obey Our God.

Of course, we're gonna believe in everything He says. He knew better than me that my mother's belly would be the right and safe place for me. I did not ask for any placenta to grow in as a foetus. You needed the same before coming to Earth.

To all those people who think that they can compare an infant human to an animal that have completely different lifespans, different biology, and a different mind, you're being foolish. Humans are far superior than any animal. You can't kill and eat a human, it's common sense. You also cannot compare a human to an animal, that's why they have different names and denotations. Otherwise, they'd have all been humans. Why are animals there anyway, to graze, live, waste, and sleep?

I could do the same with an infant. If I speak gently and groom it, it will stop crying, does it mean I can slaughter children? the goat does not understand that it is about to be slaughtered, you basically scammed it into something it didn't agree to.

God gives us free will to choose how we live. We can choose to slice the throats of those who have the capacity to suffer or slice the stocks of plants that do not. Doesn't that look like a test of one's morality? Aren't people just chasing their taste buds and out-dated traditions no matter what the cost?

why don't we say that covering the eyes is to calm the ram down more by not letting it watch itself while getting its head chopped off??
I mean...it's more merciful as well as humane to not tormenting the ram psychologically while attempting to use the knife on the neck, and to sharpen the blade to make it easy and peaceful
one more thing that I know was narrated upon prophet Muhammed (PBUH) that you mustn't slaughter a ram in front of one another to avoid hurting their feelings

@nevergetalone I haven't worked with farm animals since my teenage years. We handled sheep and goats in a similar manner and had the same results without the Halal prayer. I don't know if the animal is submitting to god, but since I can make the same animals submit without the prayer, doesn't that show the possibility that the Halal prayer isn't the cause?
