I don't think it was just one politicion and I think USA has quiet a bit of support behind them. And just because the other countries haven't lost many troops doesn't mean they aren't doing anything. Some countries offer medical services and build and repair roads, power lines, schools and other infrastructure

Didn't any of you see the news when our Troops freed Iraq everyone was so happy. The Troops aren't going to let the Iraqi's Freedom go down the toilet that our troops fought. As Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov said 'we will not give in to the terrorists' pressure.'

I don't consider myself a fool for believing our American troops are hero's. Don't hate them just because they carry with them the red,white and blue. They do as they are told, instructed, and guided to do. Soldiers are always told to go fight for someone else's freedom.
