Her Majesty was in the the middle of the second side. Paul didn't like the song so it was cut (literally, with scissors) from the tape. Paul said to throw it away, but the tape op spliced on the end anyway. It's an accident that it ends the album.
0:12/0:14 Photograph of Dutch Queen Wilhelmina in her early twenties (around 1900). Not that I mind, but I dont think that McCarney had Wilhelmina in mind when he wrote this?
I have an actual rare longer version of this song on my channel. It's about 2 minutes long actually. If you like this song check it out, and it's totally real, too.
is this real, or did you just play a guitar and add it to the end, cause i have never heard this before... how would you have gotten your hands on this if it were real?
the reason there's an abrupt end is because polythene pam originally came immediately after that, and they cut it out. if they had left in the final chord, it would've been the first chord of polythene pam.
Try this...unplug your speakers, play the UTUBE video, and take the audio off your hard drive to a cassette or to a cd recorder.Upload into your computer and download to your IPOD....
@kdc35 Much easyer to download this youtube video and extract the audio from the flv file, you can do this with premiere pro for example, it wont have great quality thoug.

I prefer the version on the album. The way it ends is actually one of the things I like most about this song.

@rockfreak900 Don't compare a video game to an actual Beatles song. It's disgraceful.
carolyncarnage 7 months ago
@carolyncarnage wow you fail by saying its disgraceful to compare two of the exact same songs.

@ratchetxrc A video game is completely different than the real thing.

@carolyncarnage it sounds exactly the same

I think it's real. Because you can hear an abrupt end to the guitar in the other version.

Abbey Road is my favorite album ever, and I'm sick of finishing off the album with a melancholy feeling due to the lack of this final chord.
Anybody know where I can download this song, with the missing final chord, for my iPod? Thanks!

Well that wouldn't work. I have an iMac, the speakers can't be unplugged. Haha :)

Download the video with a YouTube downloader and rip the audio from it.

personally, I like the unresolved nature of abbey road. Its like the end of the first side with "I Want You (Shes So Heavy)", it just suddenly ends.
I don't take Her Majesty like its a real song at all though lol, but I know it is.

there's an easier way... just go to google and look for dvdvideosoft free studio, download it and you can download this song straight off youtube.
