you can just tweak and go into the poketch company house, and into the void, then go up to jubilife city just above turnback cave in the void, use explorer kit, go 870 steps right, approximately 64,000 steps north until you get into a fake sinnoh allowing walking through most walls. Just enter the seabreak path, use explorer kit, then go along the real seabreak path. NO ACTION REPLAY OR ANY CHEATING DEVISE NEEDED
