Good tip from Mr. Rose, I've been golfing for over forty years and I hold an eight handicap. Golf is a never ending quest to improve two parts of the whole swing that, in my humble opinion never receives the attention it should is the follow through and finish.
I'm convinced that the majority of poorly executed golf shots by amateurs are caused by quitting at the ball and failure to follow through to a high finish.
Pro's all have that beautiful finish,,we should really copy that.
mmmm not convinced , I think only a natural brilliant player as Justin can get away with that exercise , not sure it would work for the weekend player
@eddiebutt1 The second ball should be behind the clubhead in line with the ball that is being hit, although the position is not critical as you are just trying to get visual feedback as to how fast you are taking the club away. The first time I did it it rebounded off the wall behind me on the range and shot right out onto the range - a little fast perhaps!
Love these tips from Justin Rose.

His and Mcilroy's swing are my favorite on tour. Such great tempo. Only bad thing is when they get out of tempo they struggle a bit.
