I think the people didn't think this through before they commented...A teacher is not supposed to put his hands on a student unless it's self defense. No matter if it injured or not, the kid did nothing wrong and the teacher put his hands on him. I think it was pretty clear. @SecciJuju Come on man, you didn't see the incident so you can't judge what happened. The plaintiff was indeed a pussy for filing charges against the teacher, but it was really his Father that pushed him to do it and wanted money out of him. That police report where it says he had 'discomfort' and 'headaches' was also bullsh*t. Anyhow, the teacher only saw part of what happened and overreacted, making the situation worse on himself and everyone else. He could have handled it differently.
