@SweetiaBunny > You can get most bright colours pretty much anywhere, and for a look like this, I'd recommend cheap colours for the dots but a really good brand for top coat and the white base. The dots don't need to be a good brand, they just need to be the right colour. When painting the whole nail one colour it's different though :)
