Google has enough money to have their OWN video makers and i'm sure they had some sort of design team make this. The really only used a camera and i few transitions and edits but i'm sure they made it themselves.

Have any of you released a world-wide product? If you have, then you'd know that it takes months, and sometimes years before a product is granted access into that country.

Google is a US-based company, and so they made it for US first. I'm sure their going for Canada and UK as the next countries, and so on. It's not just as easy as just "putting it out there" There's legal things that have to be done for the product to be available in multi-countries.
