no its not london at all and when have fire works basically do a 90 degree turn plus inverted spiral loops whilst staying at a steady height across the tops of trees etc, whilst held in a framework and that lasts longer than the 2 seconds it takes for a firework to ingnite fly 60 ft up and go bang

Still tough to say exactly what we're seeing but at least you can see that the sparks are being released buy some type of winged object. If they are kites I would like to learn to fly'em. More likely some type of RC device imo. The flight patterns are a little extreme to be stunt planes - I think - not an expert on stunt planes. Or possibly the infamous Winged Serpent! I Will go with the Winged Serpent cause thats way cooler than kites!!

@soundsmightyfine look for videos on the russian version of thrust vector for jest, youll see how what can look like total chaos in a plane is totally controlled, stunt pilots would find this maneuver to be a piece of cake, seriously they could do this blinfolded, there are stunt pilots who fly planes designed to lose a wing on purpose to freak people out,
