I love the way they incorporated several scenes from the early years into this thing... Angelique; the chain and coffin; Victoria Winters; strong with scenes from "HOUSE OF DARK SHADOWS"; and best of all: VERY good acting from the cast!

@gortaithe ..Indeed Barn was fooling around when he thought it was alright to do so, but the 2nd time around, when Josette was almost there-there's no excuse for that one especially! Incidentally, the woman being tortured appeared to be a poor random either mentally ill, confused or legitimately spiritually afflicted soul, being tortured(in the name of progress) by the fake reverend character, to show what a quack he was. Just sort of an example thing, I'd say.

so they were going to re-revive the show in 2004, but the pilot was never picked up,

i really wish they would have continued this series.. i have fallen in love with these characters..

Honestly, I think the viewer would get a better experience by buying the DVD sets for the original series and playing them on 50x fast forward.
