Oj is not 19 here. He is about to be 21 in November but he is still an extremely talented player. I think he and rose are 1a and 1b respectively in this draft. He can be a great scorer and playmaker as well.

Yeah, I've seen Mayo play and his defense is average...he can drive to the basket against people of lesser talent, but the NBA has some really good perimeter defenders (Kobe, Artest, Bowen). And judging by this video, he didn't really have his way when trying to get to the basket...if he can't get there with this competition, its gonna be tough to get to the rim against the likes of real NBA talent.
But hey who knows, he's just a rookie so he can improve that part of his game.
o.j. mayo is probably gonna be the 2nd best rookie to come out the draft this year. the first is obviously michael beasley. good luck to them on their careers.

Oj is not 19 here. He is about to be 21 in November but he is still an extremely talented player. I think he and rose are 1a and 1b respectively in this draft. He can be a great scorer and playmaker as well.

lol no its farer away. Regular 3 point line is 19 feet and nba's is 23 feet 9 inch on the top and curved part and 22 ft at the corners.

quit hattin on rose. He was drafted no1 for a reason and hes going to see the ball alot less than beasley will. Everybody knew that beasly could score more than anybody and rebound better. Thats nothing unusual. Rose is good but it might take a while, hopefully he doesnt pull another steph M. And i think somebody said on another page in youtube about O J and i will take it "thats what i expect from a player highschools and colleges are paying him to play".

It's good that Mayo can shoot but i still haven't seen him do much else other than finishing on fast breaks and the odd circus shot i'm not hatin just sayin, i will watch the rest of the Grizz summer league games to get a better perspective on him

Yeah, I've seen Mayo play and his defense is average...he can drive to the basket against people of lesser talent, but the NBA has some really good perimeter defenders (Kobe, Artest, Bowen). And judging by this video, he didn't really have his way when trying to get to the basket...if he can't get there with this competition, its gonna be tough to get to the rim against the likes of real NBA talent.
But hey who knows, he's just a rookie so he can improve that part of his game.
