I like this! Just one little critique on the Nathan horn. It sounds dynamic, but cuts off abruptly. A "tail off" with a slight hint of reverb would add so much more to its depth. Is this programmable?

Man, you are so lucky. I wish I can atleast spend a day at a model train store learning about all the different railroads, sound decoders, models, etc... I am a nut about metro north, amtrak, njt, lirr, nyc subway, and a little csx and conrail. Nice emd engine sounds.

This is veryyy smooth running locomotive ... I wish i could have got one with the flag logo.. My unit has the normal UP lettering Is your store still selling the flag adorned units? and can one attach ones own choice of speak er to the Loksound DCC board?

Thanks, it depends on sound for particular model, for this EMD motor Loksound is better, Tsunami has great selection for other engines and diesels as well.

Just FYI: You can download with PC and ESU Lokprogrammer any sounds you want. Sound editing software program and some editing experience require.

Oh, so you can download any sounds and edit them? Wow thats nice I have to look into that a little more. Yeah I'm crazy over the sound of horns, its got to have some kind of echo. I also really like the QSI revolution series sound decoaders too. Thanks again.
