This is from one of Ernie's 1961 ABC specials.

Look closely... the main objects making the "pulsing" central images are Ernie's fingers, and occasionally his cigar. No joke.

this is one of the first things I ever saw from Ernie Kovacs from a PBS special about him when I was three or four. I was mesmerized and hooked on Kovacs from that point forward.
