When when when is the USDA going to remove these animals from Ringling??? They have numerous violations and how many animals have to continue suffering because another GOVERNMENT entity FAILS to do their job. If people would do their part and BOYCOTT ALL CIRCUSES and DEMAND that circuses ONLY involve humans then this cruelty would stop.
