Do you have proper documents to be teaching in my country other than you worked at jiffy lube for 10 years? We should also protest against every ex cons from north america with fake degrees!
umm . . could you tell me more about his education policies? b/c i really really hate korea's current education standards and I really really REALLY pity those students.
and personally i cheer for these protests, not b/c i agree with US beef being totally contaminated, it's b/c protests are a way for the ppl to get the govt to do what they want and I agree that the president has been too complying with the US for, I think, selfish reasons instead of the thoughts of the ppl.
I am no expert, but what I was specifically referring to is English education. He wants/wanted to ramp up English proficiency levels, by requiring that English classes be conducted in English (as opposed to Korean) by some future deadline. I would venture to say that the majority of Koreans in grade school and middle school... maybe even high school learn English in Korean.
I'm not sure what you mean by "education standards." But I doubt that anything will change there.
This kind of "peaceful rallies" are surely acceptable & admirable to everybody here in democratic korea.. you already knows..
But the serious problem is that some group of "violent rioters" pulling the wires behind the peaceful protesters & misguiding them into "a totally mess"..

I'm not living in Korea anymore, so my information isn't very good.
And this issue is far more complicated than the space I have in a You Tube comment!

I was awed by the 'demo' culture in Korea, which we could certainly use a little more of in Sheepville, CA.
