I have been looking at clothing companies in the UK (google)... they seem to charge £28+ for each screen, then £2.00 for a single colour and +50p every other colour... and a minimum order of 20 shirts (from £1.50 a shirt upto £15+ for huddies) so the best bet would be to start off on the cheaper shirts and using single colour designs until its possible to increase the colours and quality of the shirts (the cheap tees are on the standard shirts most companies in the uk use anyway)

@Pims1eur you can also get labels stitched in and have them machine wrapped and packed in plastic too! interesting stuff!
