  • Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich, only left and we're losing both of them from congress this year.

  • I dont always agree with Dennis, but he is truly an honest man. Bill Maher is a cok sucker and doesn't deserve to even speak to Dennis

  • The murderous power structure in the US probably view Mr Kucinich to be more of a theat than Ron Paul

  • Kucinich is awesome!

  • Kucinich may be a flaming liberal, but he is a nice guy.

Maher is a flaming liberal, and NOT a nice guy.

  • @tnekkc Mr. Kucinich is indeed our best hope. Bill is a reasonablly intelligent person, so it's unlikely he not aware of what's going on. He should know why the US invaded Iraq and that's probably why he spoke so strongly about Ben Laden

  • he pulled out a copy of the constitution lol. I bet Maher felt like a moron

  • Bill Maher lost me years ago....he is a part idiot a part genious, but he is missing the biggest and more important part of the truth....there is no left or right.....THE SYSTEM IS A BIG LIE,THEY ALL WORK FOR SAME GROUP OF EVIL PEOPLE,BIN LADIN WAS NOT INVOLVED IN 9/11 AND AL FUCKEN QAJDA DOESN'T EXIST BEFORE 9/11 .....Maher,u r a sheep!!

  • Seriously, America is a fucking Mob.

  • I agree with the 2 positive comments above. Dennis Kucinich is very wise. The questions being asked of Kucinich are immature. Listen to his answers... one intelligent man.

  • Unfortunately America is attracted more to wise guys than wise men. Whoever is in that oval office is conspiring with Wall Street and most of Congress against the American people. Seats of power today seem to do little more than to plan how to strip the last dime out of the tax payer to benefit the multi billionaires. I can't believe Americans actually still believe they live in a democracy where their best interests are represented in DC

  • +2 Paragon

  • there was no justice for OBL. What could we do but what was done to him??? Bring him in front of the courts in the US?? He would get the death penalty anyways, look how fast Saddam was tried and hung. Best to save our tax dollars. He, the US needs the money anyways. They are running at least 2 wars right now.

  • Hahaha Dennis completely turned that around, when the odds were obviously in biased bills script reading ass.

  • I'd rather have Osama Bin Laden on trial in chains in an international (or American) courtroom then reportedly shot in a desert somewhere.

  • Kucinich is incoherent, first he rattles off about following the U.S. Constitution and then rattles off about following International Law? The two don't mix Kucinich, it's one or the other.

I don't know what International Law is or what it means, it sounds like New World BS to me, but the Constitution of this country doesn't give any rights to Osama Bin Laden, but for his right to hang and burn.

I feel safer with Obama as President than this guy.

  • @investorspolldotcom

What's inconsistent between international law and American constitutional procedure? International law is defined by signed treaties, which our constitution provides handling.

Kucinich Incoherent? I'm not sure what drugs you're doing.

Further, one of the few thing that separates us form terrorist advocates and insurrgency agents is the civility which we visit upon them as we exert public force and enact the procedures of justice. That's what Dennis wants: habeus corpus.

  • @bigollameo When you say international law, what you're really proposing is Global Governance. Treaties that we have are NOT laws for all nations to follow, they're only laws for OUR nation to follow. Maybe you're the one that needs to get off the drugs. Besides, the last time I checked, the United States has never had a treaty with terrorist organizations such as Al-Qaeda and Hamas.

  • @investorspolldotcom

    Time for you med check-

    1. A treaty with one (or more) nations - uni-/bi-/multilateral -requires us to obey the commitments within that treaty is as they were sovereign law.

    2. No Al-Qaeda-USA treaty, just US financial and military backing for the mujaheddin.

    3. Sorry, 4th Geneva Convention was ratified by the United States. Consequently, if Bin Laden enters U.S. custody, he's a "protected person" and the treaty, via the constitution, shields him from cruelty/torture.

  • @bigollameo Yes, but like I said, there have been no treaties with any Terrorist Organization such as Al-Qaeda and Hamas and I'm glad to see you acknowledge that.

FYI, Bin Laden has always been a protected person even before 9/11, he's an undercover CIA agent and the United States does NOT want to capture him.

  • @investorspolldotcom

You need to open your ears and listen to what kucinich is saying. What you're condoning has back fired multiple times and made matters far worse as a result. That and the fact that america is not even following its OWN constitution with regard to preemptive war and international involvement should make that all the more clear.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 You need to open your eyes, what I'm saying is, yes going into these wars have been a violation of the Constitution because it's NOT the Congress declaring them, but what you and the Lefties are arguing is that it violates the International Agreements like the Geneva Convention. This is the problem I have with the Anti-War Left, you believe that the Geneva Convention even trumps the Constitution and that we must have some International Order greater than the Constitution.

  • @investorspolldotcom

You'd have us be the bullies of the world whose own sovereign laws prohibit any agreement with international forces? That's isolationist & stupid. This is the 21st century. Concentrate on the fact that 1-The last 3 wars the U.S has engaged inwere unconstitutional and 2-Yes ther's certain agreements that NEED to be upheld for sanity's sake and 3-The REASON international treaties must be upheld is the U.S presence through out the world causes most of these problems anyway

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 I'm not a Neo-Con douchebag who thinks we have to be up in everybody's business around the world. Yes, the 3 wars we are in are unconstitutional. Only Congress can declare war and Congress didn't declare any of these wars. However, what I find striking about you and the Anti-War Left is that you don't use the Constitution as the premise for your argument, you use bullshit like the Geneva Convention and International Law, like it trumps the Constitution, they don't, sorry...

  • @investorspolldotcom

The violation of the constitution necessitates the treaties you are so against! Because the U.S presence through out the globe is itself unconstitutional on many levels, and it has been happening for many decades. And it's the very reason these 'foreigners' attack 'us'. How would you feel if china had armed forces in your country as a constant presence for over 50 years? That behavior already renders discussion of the constitution regarding GLOBAL TREATIES irrelevant.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 Hah, you see, now you're proving my point, you are basically saying that foreigners have a right to attack us b/c we are on their soil with our troops. Did you know that our Government supports these dictators and our troops being there are also protecting the interest of the Government of these Dictators? These countries' Governments want us on their soil, their people don't.

As for Unconstitutional, every war since WW2 has been Unconstitutional. Fuck the Treaties.

  • @investorspolldotcom

The reason these treaties exist is because the united states creates conditions abroad which necessitate it. Like this latest affair with libya. When Kucinich says 'adherence to international law' he is talking about treaties that specify that you cannot just pick up detainees who are 'suspect' and hold them without bond, and without question, indefinitely. amongst other things. And he is damned right about that! You're being knuckle headed. Discussion over.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 Number 1, there is no such thing as "International Law." Who the hell can enforce "International Law," you claim to be Anti-War, but you want "International Law." That means if a country violates it, another country or several countries will have to enforce it and invasions of countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya will occur. You are advocating for a world police with International Law. Each country is sovereign.

The Detainee issue is whole different topic than this.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 Holding Detainees indefinitely is a violation of our justice system. Basically, this Administration has stated that even if a Detainee is found not guilty in a court, they can still hold them indefinitely at Guantanamo Bay, which is illegal in every facet of our Justice System. But forget all this, we were discussing going to war and what laws our Government is violating, you are now shifting to Detainees and Guantanamo, basically, which means, you are admitting defeat.

  • @investorspolldotcom gitmo has to be the most illegal detainment facility ever. They even went to congress to change the laws to call them ENEMY COMBATANTS so that they could torture people for so-called information.

  • @MrCanadarulez Call Gitmo what it really is, a Goolag.

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 You think Isolationism is stupid? Then be a fuckin' Globalist and keep supporting goods from China and don't bitch that about your jobs and manufacturing going over to China and your businesses being destroyed because they can't compete with Slave Labor. Go ahead, see where that gets ya. Keep supporting NAFTA, CAFTA, and all these other bullshit Free Trade Agreements, while foreigners are taking your jobs and outproducing your country. This is why we're a consumer nation.

  • @investorspolldotcom

I am not saying china trade is the epitome of good business because of the lacking of humanitarian standards. I am saying that we have choices that 'we' are not exercising. If we were an isolationist nation, guess what? the majority of the technology we have now would not be known to us! Iphones would still be 20 years away! I don't like the nationalistic way people like you frame everything, it misses the point that we need better global legislation. This isn't 1842!

  • @LittleEmoBoy001 You know, I hear this argument about this isn't 1900, this isn't 1842 and that we have to change our thinking and that the Constitution is an old and outdated document that was written back in the 1700s and how Health Care is a right, we need technology from China and Japan and whatnot. You know what, we had problems in the 1800s similar to the problems now. Joblessness, Debt, Wars, Health Care etc. were all going on in the 1800s. The IPhones? We can do fine w/o Iphones.

  • Dennis is brilliant!!!!.

  • "we have to follow international law" - finally!! someone in american politics understands the importance of diplomacy and peace.

  • @jonno2019 It made my day.

  • Kucinich is the man! Maher is a zionist pig piece of shit.

  • Outside of the constitutional issue that Kucinich raised, from a symbolic standpoint, it makes more strategic sense to capture Bin Laden. Killing him will only martyr him in the minds of the Islamic world. Getting someone a fast track to martyr status is the equivalent of making them a saint or even elevating them to a deified status. This is not something we should do. Killing him will make him more of a powerful figure, not less.

  • Assassination no, capture yes. Wouldn't it be beautiful to see bin Laden in an organge jump suit, in shackles in a federal court?

  • America land of civilian killing fat cowards. Hell has a place reserved for it.

  • OMG, conscious people know by now, Osama bin Laden was actually assassinated. Check out Benazir Butthos testimonial about who killed OBL!!!!!

  • Dennis Kucinich is a diamond in the rough of American politics. Keep speaking the truth and campaigning for peace Dennis.

  • maher is a cocksucker for zionists who SAYS its ok for american soldier to die for israeli freedom.

    as comedian,hes ok.

america, comedian show, pretending to be serious/honest.

    pathetic

  • maher is truly amazing.

watch the 'the comment that got maher fired"

from politically incorrect and you'll see what i mean.

  • Fuck Israel

  • Con respete mucho,

porfavor, cambio estos palavras: Bill Maher asks Dennis Kucinich about his lack of desire to capture Osama Bin Laden.

El Congressman Kucinich (y mi gusto mucho!) no dicen no es imporatante a caputra, pues, si es importante a captura, y

vengan a justice. Perro, quando el EU assassinate personas, es lo mismo los diablos. No?

Muchas gracias por escuchian me. (soy Gringa, que lastima mi Espaniol es muy mal!) ^_^

  • 3:50: he forgot Ron Paul (he knows this), so he must be referring to fellow Dems.

    (Marcy Kaptur is AWESOME also!)

You guys know that there was a contract on Kucinich? The reason he wasn't assassinated in a parade in Cleveland (last Steel Mill city in USA?) is because he had to cancel due to strep throat.

By who? Hitmen hired by the big dogs who wanted to 'privatize' Cleveland's Light & Power (or whatever it's called - sorry, brain fart).

Kind of like a Cheney/Iraq & mini JFK mix.

    Sad times.

  • His is the voice of reason. It's why he lost.

  • Smoldering,

    1st point, I agree unequivocally.

2nd point, same reason Nader, Gravel, McKinney and Ron Paul never will have a chance. That's the only reason Dr Paul didn't run as an Independent this time. 3rd parties in this country are a sure-fire miss.

I voted for Ron Paul in 1988, and I had to friggin write him in last fall! The mainstream news castrated two of the three out of the gate, and when Paul started making the powers that be sweat, they fixed it so he was out too, money bomb or not.

  • Israel is gonna leech extra hard now that the US Empire is on the downsize. They need to get what they can before the well is dry.

  • bill maher is a bad man

  • the constitution is the basis of our strength... so wise, so missed

  • was the second best man after Obama

  • hes a peace advocate and believes that osama should be apprehended as a global initiative. bill maher has even said on real time that we cant let terroists control our lives. thats actions inflicted on other parts of the world by the West does not happen without repercussions. i would impeached bush on 911

  • osama is probably dead anyways

  • Good person and good views . . .

  • Bin Laden probably doesnt exist anymore, Al- Quaeda and Bin Laden videos made up by CIA, twin towers collapsed because of controlled demolition, hundreds of thousands innocent people in Iraq killed for the speacials interests- oil...and than they blame a small

  • Bill Maher supports Israel and Kucinich supports the proper side of the argument!!!

  • assyrio

    actually he's Swiss, but yeah.

  • who is Swiss?

  • Ben Laden Has nothing to do with 9-11 the Israheli did it,,, to ditch the American Values and American Values already ditched in the name of terror that never existed. They did it to invade Iraq and the Muslim world.

    R I P USA Empire.

  • I've never heard Maher call himself a liberal before. I remember he used to classify himself as a libertarian. I guess a lot of people changed their views after these last eight years.

  • "The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us from the support of a cause we believe to be just."

    - Abraham Lincoln

  • Many people from Northeast Ohio ... where he's been re-elected repeatedly.

  • Why kill Bin Laden, he had zero to do with the CIA false flag inside job that was 911

  • He was not the one person running for president who voted against the war and funding the war.

There was Mike Gravel and Ron Paul.

  • oh , and weve got a couple of kids on the way , the geraldites weve thought about calling them

  • gerald and geraldine the gorillas here , wheres that banana !

  • um , , , hi

  • The CIA is one great agency. It's called Blowback ! People, wake up, look back into history. We shake hands and eat dinner and provide millions of dollars to every "terrorist" before we end up killing them. LOL. I'll give you two right off the bat, Bin Laden and Hussein. People are so damn dumb downed today it's very sad.

  • 9/11 = inside job

    obama = puppet

    bush = puppet

  • AMEN.

  • 9/11 truffers = retards.

  • I like Bill Maher, but I don't understand why he still believes the government's story about 9/11. Bin Laden had nothing to do with 9/11. Don't believe me? Google Bin Laden's FBI 10 most wanted persons poster. It says nothing about 9/11. There have been NO charges filed against Bin Laden for anything that took place on 9/11. There is no evidence to charge him with anything from September 11th.

  • Ron Paul/Kucinich ticket 2012. They are the only ones talking about and effectively standing for the constitution.

Are we to believe that after 200 years and the 9/11 attack we need to toss all our morals out of the window to fight a faceless enemy? In just a short period of time our country has had it's liberty usurped. The freedoms hang in peril. All rights given have now become the governments will to take away.

  • Its sad that Dennis Kucinich didn't become USA's next president, i feel that this guy would talk the really true to the people and that is what we need to hear right now!

  • I second that, this SHOULD be the next president of the USA, hopefully he will in 12...

  • You got it. Hopefully, or maby it's another 'player' to, you know, politics are always gona be politics, how bad or good it is or sound to the publicity. I hope he keeps that in mind.
