Minecraft Mod - Third Person Camera

Can this mod also raise the Y axis when controlling the camera? I don't like how the default 3rd person mode puts the functioning cursor be right at the back of the player's head as opposed to what 3PS games would usually do.

Hi I don't know why. but at 1.0.0 with ModLoader.. it doesnt seem to work at all.

Is there any way I need to toggle it on or so?

I have to say that I have ToManyItems and SinglePlayerCommands and the CCTV mod installed to, but it doesnt work... help?!

@markkieboy95 It should work. I just checked all the class files, and there doesn't SEEM to be anything that would conflict.

Make sure NUMLOCK is on. On my keyboard, it doesn't work if it's off.

The main thing I can think of is that either you aren't using the right Minecraft version, or ModLoader isn't installed.

@ARCblooper You could try editing the keys in your options file. There's a little bit more information near the bottom of page 1 of the forum thread.

@Kranax2012 The only thing I can think of is if you are trying to use it with the wrong Minecraft version (like the 1.9 prereleases; it doesn't work for that).

If it gives you an error that you can copy and paste (into somewhere like pastebin.com) and show me, I might be able to help more. :)

Hello, I've been attempting to use your mod (Thanks for this by the way) but I seem to be unable to move my character. The buttons 4 and 6 don't seem to work at all, in fact. Do you know of any solution to this?

@Haasth22 I'm not sure I completely understand the problem, but you might try toggling NUMLOCK.

Also, make sure you are using the number pad, and not the bar of numbers above the letters.

But if you mean physically moving the player WITH the camera, it doesn't do that.

I kinda want to make a better third person camera, but I'm not sure how many classes it would require editing. Plus, I like working in my own code better. :P

@123spacechase I have attempted pretty much every button combination, the problem is that I would like to turn the camera to face my character but I do not seem to be able to do so (I assume I the 4 and 5 buttons - on the numpad - would do that judging by the information you posted on the website) they just... do nothing. 7 and 9 do tilt my camera but this does not do what I wish it would do. I hope I explained what I meant.. So basically I want to turn the camera to face my character.
