  • these frogs are truly bullish and brazen.

your frog does not fear you...

check my footage of a live deformed bullfrog I filmed in missouri

  • How cute is this? And you have missing goldfish....hhhmmmnnn...

  • Yup...it was so pretty. It was the only one with long fins. I hope Ralph stays satisfied for a while. We only have two fish left!

  • That was so cute. We had a bullfrog that hung out by our pool. Last year when we uncovered the pool from the winter he was in it and bleached out white from the chlorine. He survived and faired well last summer. We are anxious to see if he is still around this year when we uncover the pool.

  • Thanks!

WOW, amazing that yours survived the "bleaching"! Did his color return by summer's end?

  • Yes, he returned to a nice healthy dark green happy and fat as can be!!

  • How cool is that? But it sure looks like a toad to me. Am I wrong?

  • I thought it was cooler than ice cream! (But, as you can see by the end of the video, my teenage son and my mom did not agree!) I'm pretty sure it's a bullfrog, although I can see why it looks like a toad here. The picture is pretty grainy, plus, the frog had been hybernating and was brown and covered with dirt. But, I could be wrong.

  • Hmm.. Frogs hibernate in water, toads on land. It looked rather dry and it has that saggy pudding look toad are so known for. That's what made me think it could be a toad. But I'm not that familiar with bullfrogs so... let me know if Ralph ever tells you.

    ;^)

  • I like toads. :)
