They are filming the ADORABLENESS of the fact that this puppy is trying so hard to roll over. There is no harm being done to the puppy. Animal abuse/neglect= No food or water, no shelter, no baths leading to flea infestation, no vet care when needed, beating an animal, lighting it on fire, keeping it chained outside in extreme, cold, heat, rain.
