i agree her voice is fine and she sings certain songs great (the ones that fit her singing ability) but overall she is not a great singer. i don't think SM understands that unique asian thing can still be successful here in US. they should put their money into researching and working out the type of asian "fusion" image that  includes boa's unique personality pleasing to modern westerners... not outright try to imitate other black/white american pop artists.
