its not illegal to own emergency lights, you can buy them online and install them yourself/get a shop to install. Except they are a bit illegal on the street because its a violation to be imitating a law enforcement agency.

you can buy kits almost everywhere :P i just installed uvlights and 2 strobe lamps in my car lol, i dont use em while driving ^^ if id do that id probably crash haha.. but its pretty cool on the parkinglot

i have a blue suby with blue lights.. its all about what state you are in. amber and white is construction wherever you go.. but the red or blue is dependent on wwhat state you are in

Well idk about US... but its just emergency lights... if they are really white and amber.. But in Canada its totaly legal, because you cant stop car with these lights on... Yellow/white lights means - be careful! thats it... but u need to find out if its legal to have one of those on ur car in ur state... but i would not care if i put those... i will just turn on and watch out for cops...

I'm also from New Hampshire, and I'm looking at getting some lights since I'm a vol FF as well.

Although NH law states that vol FF/EMT's can only have red or red/white lights, blue are reserved for police. Just a heads up.
