No, it was the Obama admin. G.W. Bush gave more money to NASA to continue exploring. Obama took it away. I'm saying what I was told by NASA officials and astronauts while I was there at the KSC for the last night time shuttle launch.

Pres. Bush's Constellation program ended the shuttle program. Pres. Obama's FY 2011 budget proposal recommends replacing the Constellation program with NASA contracts for private aerospace companies, including SpaceX and Orbital, to develop crewed launch capability. His proposal actually increases NASA's budget by $6 bn.

From NatGeo: "As of 2011, NASA would receive an additional 6 bn dollars over the next five years, officials announced, for a grand total of a hundred billion dollars by 2015."

It's sad that the Obama Admin is going to end the program after the 4th launch. Only 4 more, and the USA who used to lead the world in Space exploration is now reduced to having to hitch a ride with Russia. That's what employees and astronauts told me last week when I was visiting to see the last night time shuttle launch.

航天服漏气，轨道舱未完全卸压

航天服极缓慢地漏气，在地面上仪表检测不到，所以没发现，出舱后­，漏气的量达到一定的程度后就突破表面张力，形成气泡



至于红旗，绳子的摆动，很可能是轨道舱还在往外排气，只不过已经­很缓慢了，但是由于在太空，再小的力都能表现出很强的效果
