I trained with Griff and Ben at Walt Bayless in Salt Lake City. Very mean and technical guys. They were very respectful.

try with the full weight on top of your face..for the first technique
then your base is not very good coach... are you a bjj technician it seems you are not, sorry no disrespect but this is messy technique

I agree the audio does suck. but it's not really all that neccessary.
